Job summary

Arclin is seeking an Environmental Engineer – Water & Waste Compliance to join the Corporate Environmental team. The role supports facilities across North America and internationally, providing technical leadership on water and waste regulatory requirements.

You will partner with EHS, operations, and engineering teams to identify risks, implement practical solutions, and strengthen global environmental programs. Travel up to ~50% is expected, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM.
• PE license preferred or pursuing licensure.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater, stormwater, and waste regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as corporate SME for water discharge and waste disposal compliance.
• Develop and maintain water/waste compliance strategies with facilities.
• Interpret regulations across global operations and advise leadership.
• Support wastewater permitting activities (NPDES, POTW, stormwater).
• Provide guidance on stormwater, pretreatment, and discharge monitoring requirements.
• Lead environmental compliance assessments and incident investigations.
