Job summary

Beyond International Group is seeking an Entry-Level Proofreader to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of written materials across the organization. This remote role offers comprehensive training and opportunities to contribute to reports, presentations, and marketing content.

You will review spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written English—grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and formatting errors.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, terminology, and branding across materials.
• Verify accuracy of information, names, dates, and numerical data when applicable.
• Identify and correct typographical and formatting inconsistencies.
• Review reports, presentations, correspondence, marketing materials, and internal documents before publication.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify content and recommend revisions when necessary.
• Maintain document quality standards and organizational guidelines.
• Track revisions and maintain organized records of reviewed materials.
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
