AML RightSource, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to review transactions, identify suspicious activity, and support Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance from a home-based setting.

The role offers comprehensive training, standard core hours, and progression opportunities with a starting salary around $40,000, increasing after a 90-day probation, plus health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with other Office tools.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting) are a plus.

Responsabilités

Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
Verify client identities and assess relationships for KYC purposes.
Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations; elevate as needed.
Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Use basic Excel functions and technology for analysis.
Adhere to timeframes and procedures for timely completion of tasks.
Submit written work for review by quality control and adjust based on feedback.
Meet production and quality standards in a team environment.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies related to AML.
