AML RightSource, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to review transactions and support KYC compliance from a home office. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Core hours align with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST training window, then 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time. Responsibilities include evaluating activity for suspicious patterns, verifying client identities, and producing concise reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to feedback.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting) and strong research skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess their relationships with financial institutions for KYC.
• Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, elevating for review.
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and technology applications for analysis.
• Adhere to designated timeframes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Submit written work product for review by QA teams and adjust based on feedback.
• Meet production and quality standards while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and company policies related to AML.
