Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to review transactions, verify identities, and support KYC compliance from a remote home office. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided, with opportunities to grow in AML/BSA and risk monitoring.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time after training; starting salary is $40,000 with a potential raise to $42,000 after probation, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess relationships for KYC purposes.
• Interpret and implement client policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering and fraud.
• Write clear reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and technology for analysis.
• Meet production and quality standards in a team environment.
• Ensure compliance with AML laws and client requirements.
