Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain licensing if required for the role.
• Customer service or consultative experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Take part in mentorship and team development.
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
