Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills for client-focused interactions.
• Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing where applicable.
• Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently.
• Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Customer service or consultative background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication.
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
