Qualifications

• Access to a Windows PC / laptop with webcam and reliable internet.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and common digital tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Provide attentive, client-first service.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Build lasting client relationships and maintain accurate digital records.
