Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, endpoint management or identity and access management.
• 3+ years implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access Policies.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Intune device compliance and Entra Conditional Access.
• Proven troubleshooting of CA policy conflicts, sign-ins, and device compliance failures.
• Knowledge of MFA, identity security, and 365 authentication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access Policies.
• Configure policies by user groups, device compliance, app sensitivity, location, and sign-in risk.
• Implement MFA, authentication strengths, and risk-based access controls.
• Integrate Conditional Access with Intune device compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot CA failures using sign-in logs, policy details and What If analyses.
• Configure access for managed, unmanaged, BYOD devices and ensure secure access to Microsoft 365.
• Test and deploy policies in report-only mode and phased rollouts.
• Maintain emergency access exclusions and prevent admin lockouts.
• Administer Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices and manage enrollment.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and help desk teams; document policies and procedures.
