Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a MS Entra Systems Engineer for a 6-month remote contract in the United States to support an identity and access management platform, focusing on Azure AD B2C and customer-facing authentication.

You will configure policies, troubleshoot issues, develop or integrate APIs, and collaborate across teams to align identity solutions with business needs. Strong expertise in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and enterprise integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AD B2C.
• Experience with CIAM platforms and identity management in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Experience developing, supporting, or troubleshooting APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to support customer-facing authentication and registration platforms.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently in a specialized, business-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a production Azure AD B2C environment.
• Configure authentication policies, user flows, and login workflows.
• Troubleshoot identity platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support customer-facing authentication and registration platforms.
• Develop, support, or troubleshoot APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Implement new authentication functionality within the identity platform.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to align identity solutions with needs.
• Assist with assessment or migration planning related to Entra External ID.
• Document complex identity environments and provide knowledge transfer.
