Full Picture is seeking an Account Coordinator in West Hollywood to support a senior executive in fast-paced talent/entertainment PR. The role involves research, coordination, and timely delivery across multiple assignments, with a strong emphasis on initiative, communication, and ownership.

Ideal candidates have agency experience, a 4-year degree, and 0–2 years in PR across entertainment, talent, lifestyle, or events; hybrid in-office presence is expected in West Hollywood, CA.

• 4-year college degree is required.
• 0-2 years PR experience in entertainment, talent, lifestyle or events.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to a senior executive.
• Manage calendar appointments and scheduling.
• Prepare call and meeting agendas and recaps.
• Locate placements and format for sending to media.
• Draft and coordinate PR strategies for talent/entertainment clients.
• Help pitch national and regional segments and secure media placements.
• Assist in event planning including RSVP management and media logistics.
