Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity with influence across senior leaders.
• Strong data and reporting skills with Power BI and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical enterprise programs across multiple workstreams, aligned to strategy.
• Partner with the Business Transformation Office to shape governance and standards.
• Define and drive strategy for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage all phases of initiatives using project lifecycle methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and other functions.
• Utilize data and dashboards to drive transparency and decisions.
• Prepare executive-level materials and manage budgets and risks.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and validation with analytics teams.
