SAIC is seeking a strategy manager to translate enterprise-level priorities into coordinated actions across the company. You will operate within the Corporate Strategy team, bridging high-level vision with actionable strategy and execution across Business Groups.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on problem-solving, rigorous structuring, and a track record of delivering concise, impact-focused communication to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience (15+ years) in strategy/operations.
• U.S. citizenship is required; experience working with senior executives.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or government services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Scope and lead cross-functional / cross-market strategic planning engagements.
• Coordinate development of strategic imperatives, critical success factors, frameworks, and the enterprise strategy implementation architecture.
• Translate ELT direction into specific execution actions and assess organizational gaps with external vendor coordination where needed.
• Manage and rationalize cross-functional dependencies, and monitor synergy realization.
• Design the architecture for ongoing implementation activities, including evaluation, prioritization, sequencing, decision forums, escalation, and tracking of outcomes.
• Lead or co-lead quarterly and/or monthly reviews with the VP of Corporate Strategy and document decisions.
• Ensure consistency and stewardship of Enterprise Strategy messaging across initiatives and change management communications.
