Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Director of Provider Sales for a remote opportunity focused on healthcare technology, data exchange, and interoperability. You will drive new business with health systems, manage the full sales cycle, and influence C-suite decisions while leveraging MEDDPICC and Mutual Action Plans.

The role requires a strategic hunter who can build pipeline, exceed targets, and travel ~30%. You’ll own deals from prospecting through negotiation in a modern tech stack environment,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions to healthcare provider organizations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing enterprise deals with health systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider market, ROI, HIM operations, quality/HEDIS workflows, and payer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify needs and objectives of enterprise health systems.
• Present tailored technology solutions addressing ROI and data exchange challenges.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from outreach to contract close.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives to drive purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reports.
