Job summary

SoundHound AI is hiring a Sales Director, Enterprise to expand its Banking and Financial Services vertical across the United States. You will own a named list of strategic accounts, navigate regulatory reviews, and lead a cross-functional deal team to close complex multi-stakeholder deals.

We seek 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of closing $1M–$2M quotas and 6–7 figure ACV cycles, plus strong executive presence. Remote work nationwide with competitive salary and equity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling into Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Proven quota attainment; experience with 1M–2M+ annual quotas and 6–7 figure ACV cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined pipeline of named accounts across banking and financial services.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Navigate procurement, legal, and information security review processes.
• Lead the deal team with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and competitive processes.
• Expand and solidify SoundHound AI's presence through industry relationships and events.
• Utilize partner channels to grow revenue.
• Present a compelling POV on AI in financial services to unlock doors; travel up to 50%.
