Job summary

Mosaic Consulting Group is seeking a remote Sales Director to lead enterprise sales and distribution initiatives for UKG-focused services. You will manage multi-threaded deals across Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Executive leadership.

You’ll develop account strategies, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with UKG and Mosaic experts to expand offerings. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in consultative sales are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consultative sales, relationship management, or solution selling.
• Experience with enterprise service & distribution accounts (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead multi-threaded opportunities and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mosaic’s UKG-focused services with executive presence.
• Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise prospects and clients.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Run discovery to translate operational realities into a value narrative.
• Coordinate internal and partner resources to build scope and roadmap.
• Drive opportunity management, forecast, pipeline hygiene, and CRM visibility.
• Model Mosaic’s client service vision and deliver scalable solutions.
