Responsibilities

• Conduct online demonstrations of Eventleaf and Lobbytrack for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant product capabilities.
• Answer product questions by email and during calls.
• Provide initial product guidance and setup assistance.
• Document product issues and communicate them to the internal team.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to help customers understand our software.
