Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management or the restaurant technology industry.
• 5+ years of experience working directly within the enterprise customer space.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage enterprise deployment projects with full accountability for successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional project leadership with customers, vendors, and third-party consultants to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, project dependencies, milestones, and the critical path to achieve projected outcomes.
• Define, verify, and control project scope and negotiate scope changes with customers.
• Direct, motivate, and lead project team members.
