Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
5+ years of experience in restaurant management or the restaurant technology industry.
5+ years of experience working directly within the enterprise customer space.
5+ years of project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage enterprise deployment projects with full accountability for successful delivery.
Establish and maintain cross‑functional project leadership with customers, vendors, and third‑party consultants.
Identify and manage issues, risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical path.
Define, verify, and control project scope and negotiate scope changes with customers.
Direct, motivate, and lead project team members.
Provide real‑time and scheduled project updates through reporting and dashboards.
