Job summary

CareSource is seeking an Enterprise Quality Vendor Liaison to oversee day-to-day activities of the Enterprise Quality Vendor programs and to serve as a liaison between Quality vendors and CareSource departments, including Compliance.

You will track vendor deliverables, analyze call data and complaints, manage large data sets, support audits, and create reports and data visualizations to drive improvements and inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a managed care organization.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight of vendor programs.
• Track vendor deliverables, action items and SLAs, problem management.
• Monitor vendor calls and complaints to identify patterns and drive improvements.
• Manage large vendor data sets and develop data visualizations.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reporting; support business development opportunities.
• Create reports and data-driven presentations for leadership.
