Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical and member-experience quality.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with plan providers about quality initiatives.
• Share HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, CTMs and other quality reports with providers.
• Educate providers on documentation guidelines and quality measures.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations to improve provider performance.
• Travel as needed to engage with provider sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
