Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Process Safety Management (PSM) Manager to lead and standardize our PSM program across six sites. This remote role provides strategic oversight to ensure OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance while supporting safe operations in high-hazard processes.

You will partner with EHS, Engineering, and Operations to drive risk mitigation, PHAs, MoCs, and CAPAs, while coaching site leaders on PSM best practices and capital budgeting alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-9 years in PSM within covered manufacturing facilities.
• 7-9 years multi-site or enterprise-level PSM program leadership.
• Expert knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, risk-based process safety management and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership and governance for PSM and RMP programs across six sites.
• Develop and maintain standardized PSM policies, procedures, tools, and metrics.
• Lead and oversee PHAs, including facilitation strategy, revalidation, and tracking.
• Oversee MoC programs with rigorous risk assessment and timely closure.
• Partner with site teams for audits, gap assessments, and corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and training on PSM requirements and capital planning integration.
• Serve as corporate SME for PSM and RMP compliance.
• Monitor regulatory trends and support incident investigations related to process safety.
