Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Manager to lead the PSM and RMP programs across six manufacturing sites. This remote role provides strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk-based program standardization to ensure safe operations in high-hazard processes.

Expert knowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP requirements.
Experience leading enterprise-level PSM programs across multiple sites.
Strong expertise in PHAs, MoC, and mechanical integrity.
Ability to assess and prioritize process-safety risks across sites.

Responsibilities

Provide governance for PSM and RMP programs across six sites, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain standardized PSM policies, tools, and metrics.
Lead PHAs, including scheduling, facilitation, and risk prioritization.
Oversee MoC programs with rigorous risk assessment and timely closures.
Conduct audits and gap analyses; drive corrective actions.
