Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-wide, remote initiatives such as migrating contact center and telephony platforms from Avaya to AWS Connect. You will partner with senior leaders to plan, manage scope, schedule, and budget while delivering high-impact programs.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, create executive dashboards, and present updates to the Steering Committee. Strong communication and risk management are essential in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale projects; supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation, migration, and process improvement, including AWS Connect migration programs.
• Coordinate work of project managers/analysts across functions (Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.).
• Create dashboards for executive updates and post-implementation analytics.
• Develop training materials and deliver best practices to indirect reports, peers, and employees.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and assess risks with leadership.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies; perform strategic analysis.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and communicate solutions to leadership.
