Job summary

jobgether seeks a Sr Network Architect to lead enterprise network design and modernization from a fully remote, US-based position. You will craft scalable, secure LAN/WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid networks, and guide Azure connectivity with secure hybrid links.

Responsibilities include establishing architecture standards, mentoring engineers, evaluating new technologies, and coordinating with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to drive strategic network initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of enterprise networking and security experience.
• Extensive LAN/WAN, data center, cloud networking and hybrid architecture knowledge.
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, QoS, firewalls and load balancers.
• Hands-on Azure cloud networking experience with hybrid connectivity.
• CCIE/CCNP certifications preferred; strong technical leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise network architectures that are scalable, secure, and highly available.
• Define standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps for long-term consistency.
• Lead large-scale modernization, migrations, and technology refresh programs.
• Provide senior guidance on complex network and security issues to engineering teams.
• Architect cloud connectivity for Azure and other clouds with secure hybrid links.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to align priorities.
• Maintain architectural documentation and oversee vendor relationships.
