Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our Healthcare IT team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare applications supporting patient care, EHR, and clinical workflows in a regulated environment.

The position is remote in the United States, full-time, with opportunities to grow technical skills and work alongside experienced engineers in a healthcare IT setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of software development experience (internship acceptable).
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
• Assist in integrating healthcare systems using APIs, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing activities.
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and data privacy standards.
