Job summary

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an experienced OCM & Mobile Delivery Lead to drive enterprise mobility modernization, deployment, and user adoption across a distributed workforce. You will blend MDM, Intune, ABM, and OCM to optimize provisioning workflows and governance.

The role requires traveling nationwide (25-50%) and coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and field operations to ensure successful mobile-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise mobility or large-scale technology transformations.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed employee populations and device deployments.
• Knowledge of MDM platforms, especially Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Understanding zero-touch enrollment, automated provisioning, and identity controls.
• Experience managing the full mobile device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Strong program delivery, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience turning manual processes into standardized, automated workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and change management practices.
• Experience creating operational dashboards and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise mobile device strategy, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Optimize Intune and Apple Business Manager capabilities and enrollment.
• Coordinate nationwide deployment and field support for mobile devices.
• Develop change strategies, training, and adoption plans with stakeholders.
• Forecast demand, procurement, and deployment, plus ROI and dashboards.
