Job summary

Technix LLC in Jackson, MS seeks a Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Engineer contractor to plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

The role focuses on device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, app deployment, and security baselines, with integrations to Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device management and endpoint management with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, app deployment, security baselines, and integrations (Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
• Collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.
