Job summary

Apricot is seeking an Enterprise Integration Engineer for a remote, long-term engagement. You will design, build, and maintain integration workflows across OSS, BSS, CRM, and third-party systems, using OSB, Apigee, and 3Scale. The role requires collaboration with distributed teams and strong API/security focus.

The assignment is 12–18 months, full-time contractor with a start in 2–3 weeks. Candidates should have 3+ years in enterprise integration and be proficient in Java or Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional enterprise integration experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Hands-on with ESB and API Gateway platforms (OSB, Apigee, 3Scale).
• Experience with messaging brokers and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and maintenance of enterprise integration workflows, microservices, and APIs from design through deployment.
• Deliver stable, well-documented integrations for production telecom systems.
• Integrate OSS/BSS/CRM with third-party apps and cloud services.
• Collaborate with platform, application, and infra teams for secure connectivity.
• Implement service orchestration, routing, data transformation, and API security.
• Manage messaging systems, API gateways, and developer portals.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and security gaps; address them.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to technical leads.
