Job summary

Pitney Bowes seeks an Enterprise Government Overlay Specialist for a remote inside sales role. You will work with Enterprise Account Executives to sustain revenue, generate quotes, and close deals with small to multi-location customers.

Your background includes client-facing sales, shipping/mailing experience, and strong CRM usage. You will manage leads, set appointments, and overcome objections to win contracts, while upholding the company’s standards and value proposition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct client interactions in a sales role
• 3+ years of Shipping or mailing experience with increased responsibility
• Proven track record of client retention
• Ability to overcome objections to close the sale
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High comfort initiating outbound sales calls
• Strong working knowledge of CRM tools to plan and document activities

Responsibilities

• Work directly with assigned team of Enterprise Account Executives
• Support assigned team in a remote/Inside Sales capacity
• Generate, upgrade and manage portfolio of small and medium business or multilocation accounts via outbound calls
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to generate quotes, close transactions and process orders to retain core revenue
• Present and close sales with existing customers
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads and secure appointments for EAE and Product Specialist
• Overcome objections by positioning program benefits and the company’s value proposition
