You will own prioritized digital initiatives and drive maturity in analytics, interoperability, and governance, shaping the technology strategy for the organization.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions within a hospital network, leveraging Azure and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on development and architecture in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• 8+ years software development and system mapping across data, digital, or business solutions areas.
• 5+ years cloud‑native tools on Microsoft Azure with data/AI/automation experience.
• 5+ years healthcare enterprise platforms such as Epic, Workday, ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision, reference models, and standards for data, AI, and automation.
• Act as Product Owner for prioritized digital, AI, and solutions initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Increase analytics and solutions development maturity; drive best practices in data lifecycle management and interoperability.
• Lead to promote robust data security, privacy, compliance, monitoring, and auditing.
• Define and update guiding technical standards aligned with the architecture roadmap.
• Prescribe and optimize modern platforms; integrate cloud‑native and third‑party systems.
• Drive component reuse and modular architecture across units and teams.
