Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to join its remote analytics community. The role supports executive leadership within Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy, guiding analytic direction and governance across the portfolio.

The consultant leads cross-functional analytics initiatives, develops dashboards and models, and administers enterprise data governance. Candidates with 5+ years in statistical analysis and ~2 years in project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• Guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, influences decisions, presents recommendations to leaders across enterprise analytics, strategy, quality, finance, and operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives
• Support executive leadership, Finance, Strategy with analytics governance and reporting
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions
• Oversee data exploration, visualization, ETL, storage, processing, and cloud computing in healthcare settings
• Build and refine analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reports
• Advise on master data management and data quality across systems
