Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years experience, or commensurate.
12+ years in enterprise data architecture.
Experience with VA data (CDW/VISTA/Oracle Health).
Expertise in CDW metadata, data modeling, query optimization.
Ability to define migration patterns and resolve dependencies.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Data Architecture for VA Modernization, defining scalable ingestion, storage, and governance.
Provide technical leadership across Azure cloud services (ADF, Databricks, SQL, ADLS).
Develop and enforce reference architectures and data models.
Coordinate Data Engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and security teams.
