Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Architect to streamline Partner Services operations. You will automate browser-based tasks, optimize workflows, and support AWS infrastructure automation.

This role suits someone with a scripting background who thrives on improving operational efficiency at the enterprise level. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in automation, PowerShell expertise, and knowledge of Python, Selenium, and SQL, along with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in technical automation or scripting at an Enterprise level.
• PowerShell expertise; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Selenium or other browser automation tools.
• AWS and Ansible experience.
• SQL proficiency (MySQL/SQL Server).
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive browser tasks using Selenium.
• Use PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Leverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configuration.
• Support database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviews).
• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Work closely with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams.
• Document processes clearly for handover and long-term maintenance.
• Troubleshoot automation scripts and data processes.
• Other duties as needed.
