Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Architect to streamline the Partner Services team. You’ll automate browser tasks with Selenium, use PowerShell and Python for data work, and drive AWS provisioning via Ansible.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of enterprise automation experience, are strong with SQL, and comfortable documenting processes for handover and long-term maintenance. You’ll collaborate with TAMs, developers, and service delivery, balancing speed and reliability while shaping scalable

About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to streamline and optimize the way our Partner Services team works. You’ll automate browser-based tasks, optimize workflows, manage data extraction and transformation, and support AWS infrastructure automation. This role is ideal for someone with a scripting background and a passion for improving operational efficiency at the Enterprise level.

Location

- We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OH, TN, & VA.

What You’ll Do

• Automate repetitive browser tasks using Selenium
• Use PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation
• Leverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configuration
• Support database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviews

About You

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in Maryland and New Jersey, the base salary hiring range for this position is $125,000 to $170,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $150,000 to $204,000 per year.
