Job summary

NinjaOne in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Architect to streamline Partner Services by automating browser tasks, optimizing workflows, and supporting AWS infrastructure automation. The position offers hybrid remote work, collaboration with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams, and a strong emphasis on documentation and long-term maintenance.

Qualifications

2-4 years’ experience in technical automation or scripting at Enterprise level.
Strong scripting in PowerShell; Python a plus.
Experience with Selenium or browser automation.
Hands-on AWS and Ansible experience.
Proficient in SQL (MySQL/SQL Server).

Responsibilities

Automate browser tasks using Selenium.
Develop data extraction, transformation, and automation with PowerShell/Python.
Automate AWS provisioning and configuration with Ansible.
Support SQL data reports and performance reviews.
Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams; document processes.
