Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to streamline Partner Services workflows and automate browser-based tasks. You’ll optimize data extraction and transformation, and support AWS infrastructure automation, leveraging PowerShell, Python, Selenium, and Ansible.

The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with TAMs and developers, and clear documentation to ensure long-term maintenance and efficiency improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in technical automation or scripting roles.
• PowerShell expertise; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Selenium or other browser automation tools.
• AWS and Ansible experience.
• SQL proficiency (MySQL/SQL Server).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive browser tasks using Selenium.
• Use PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Leverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configuration.
• Support database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviews).
• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Work closely with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams.
• Document processes clearly for handover and long-term maintenance.
• Troubleshoot automation scripts and data processes.
