Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to streamline Partner Services operations through automation. The role emphasizes browser task automation, data extraction and transformation, and AWS infrastructure automation, without heavy DevOps ownership.

The position supports flexible remote work from the USA in listed states, including NC, with a hybrid remote setup. You will collaborate with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams to optimize workflows and maintain clear

Qualifications

4-6 years’ experience in technical automation or scripting roles.
PowerShell expertise; Python knowledge is a plus.
Selenium or other browser automation tools.
AWS and Ansible experience.
SQL proficiency (MySQL/SQL Server).

Responsibilities

Automate browser tasks using Selenium.
Use PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
Leverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configuration.
Support database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviews).
Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams.
Document processes clearly for handover and long-term maintenance.
Troubleshoot automation scripts and data processes.
