Job summary

Merkle Schweiz is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to provide oversight on delivery engagements and ensure architectural integrity for major client projects. This senior role requires a solid foundation in multi-platform integration, adherence to enterprise standards, and the ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess over 15 years of enterprise architecture experience and a background in large-scale product engineering environments, while also being comfortable interacting at the C-suite level. This position is key for maximizing the value delivered to clients and supports Merkle's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands‑on enterprise architecture and solution delivery experience.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi‑year, global SI or product engineering engagements.
• Strong delivery methodology experience – fluent in Agile at scale and waterfall‑hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture across the engagement.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and mentor junior members.
• Serve as a senior technical authority with client stakeholders.
