The Enterprise Architecture Lead is a senior technical leader responsible for owning the enterprise architecture layer across a top-tier client engagement within Merkle’s Digital Product Engineering practice. The role involves governing complex multi-platform delivery programs, ensuring architectural coherence, platform interoperability, and execution discipline. Key responsibilities include designing integrated solutions anchored in the Adobe ecosystem and adjacent platforms such as Salesforce, middleware, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms. The role leads uplift of critical digital properties using Adobe Experience Manager, designs scalable integration patterns, and brings operational rigor to delivery. The lead mentors multi-disciplinary teams, serves as a senior technical authority with client stakeholders, and incorporates emerging AI capabilities into the delivery roadmap. Qualifications include 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience, broad multi-platform fluency, AI literacy, proven delivery of large-scale engagements, strong delivery methodology expertise, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time, hybrid remote with office presence expected for employees within commutable distance to hub offices including New York City. Salary range is $136,000 to $219,075 with benefits including
