The candidate will drive architecture standards, cybersecurity compliance, and scalable designs while mentoring a team of architects and partnering with CTO, TPMs, product owners, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Management/Leadership/Coaching skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Experience as an Enterprise, Software, and/or Solution Architect.
• Generalist, technical skills across the stack. Expert in at least one programming language. Solid Linux skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote EA practices across cross-functional teams.
• Document current state of software solutions and tech stacks.
• Develop roadmaps and implementation plans based on current vs. future state.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus around EA.
• Lead a team of Enterprise Software and Solution Architects.
• Define success metrics and coach team members.
