Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI and cloud-native environments. This role focuses on designing secure patterns, guiding executive decisions, and mentoring teams across the enterprise.

The position offers remote work within the United States (excluding HI/AK) with collaboration across EA, Security, Infra, and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable AI capabilities and data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech with leading enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear executive recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native, AI infra, or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infra including GPUs, data pipelines, and related security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, apps, and infra.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infra, and engineering leaders to embed security into tech strategies and platforms.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide actionable, business-focused guidance.
• Define evolving security architecture for cloud-native AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging tech including generative AI and advise adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, exception management and tech investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
