Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team in a remote-capable role across the United States (exceptions: Hawaii and Alaska). The role leads security architecture for AI and emerging technologies, embedding secure design across cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business leaders, translate risks for executives, and develop reusable guardrails and patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech disciplines with enterprise security architecture leadership.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear leadership recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or AI infrastructures.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and engineering leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation and risk.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native AI environments and related platforms.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and recommend responsible adoption.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
