Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and emerging technologies, including cloud-native and on-premises environments. The role is remote nationwide, with Hawaii and Alaska excluded, and reports to the CTO office or a senior IT domain leader.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, translate technical risk into business terms, and mentor teams to embed security into enterprise strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture with leadership in enterprise security.
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear leadership guidance.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or machine learning environments.
• Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated compute and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, identity, data, apps and infra.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation and regulatory needs.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend responsible adoption of AI security capabilities.
• Influence governance, exception handling and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
