Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and cloud-native environments. You will partner with IT and business leaders to embed security into technology roadmaps, assess risks, and craft reusable guardrails for scalable, secure delivery.

The role emphasizes translating complex security risks for senior leadership, guiding AI security design in hybrid/in‑prem environments, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, or related technology, including leading enterprise security architecture.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.
• Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated compute and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies, translating Cybersecurity strategy into reference architectures and guardrails.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex solution designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation and risk.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Influence architecture governance and investments; mentor architects and engineers.
