CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security design for AI and cloud-native initiatives. You will work within the CTO office or IT domains to define and realize the enterprise technology vision, translating risk into actionable business guidance.

You will partner across Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business units to embed security into strategy, standards, and guardrails while mentoring engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of cybersecurity/architecture experience with enterprise security leadership.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or hybrid environments.
• Ability to translate security risks into clear executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, identities, and integrations.
• Partner with EA, Security, and engineering leaders to embed security into strategic technology plans.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical mitigations balancing innovation with compliance.
• Define security patterns and guardrails for cloud-native and AI environments.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
