Mission Underwriting Services is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to design, implement, and scale enterprise AI capabilities across underwriting, operations, finance, and HR. You will build production-ready AI applications, integrate LLMs and AI services, and drive responsible AI governance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure secure, reliable operations while advancing Mission’s AI

Formación

• 3+ years of software/AI engineering experience with production AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs and AI agents.
• Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered applications across enterprise functions.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI services in cloud-native environments.
• Integrate AI with enterprise platforms like policy administration and data platforms.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and governance for AI systems.
