Qualifications

• 3+ years in software or AI engineering with 2+ years delivering production AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI memory/context management, agents, prompts and orchestration.
• Experience deploying AI features using cloud-native technologies.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems via REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, monitoring, and testing for quality and cost.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and governance for enterprise AI.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL Server, or other enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, agents, memory management, and ML techniques.
• Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered applications to automate business processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI services with modern cloud-native architectures.
• Integrate AI capabilities with policy administration, submission management, and data platforms.
• Design prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
• Evaluate and optimize foundation models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Develop testing and monitoring to measure AI quality and system performance.
• Implement guardrails, security controls, and governance for trustworthy AI.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Build AI models from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI and use tools such as Copilot and Claude.
• Develop reusable AI components, SDKs, and engineering frameworks for rapid delivery.
• Work with MongoDB and Databricks to store and process data.
• Optimize AI infrastructure and inference pipelines for high availability.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
