New England Life Care, Inc. is hiring a full-time REMOTE Enteral Patient Service Representative to support clinical staff and patients in home infusion programs across Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.

This remote role focuses on patient outreach, order coordination, and EMR documentation. The Enteral PSR will communicate with patients, caregivers, and Home Health Agency staff to ensure timely supplies and accurate records while upholding HIPAA compliance and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and all levels of NELC staff.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Aufgaben

• Contacts Enteral patients at regular intervals to review supply needs and documents changes in EMR.
• Enter delivery tickets into EMR using Templates.
• Manage patient delivery timelines and communicate changes to physicians, home health agencies, patients or caregivers.
• Record important service information in the EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Inform billing and enteral teams of changes in service as needed.
• Ensure timely assessments and documentation in EMR.
• Keep Enteral orders up to date in the EMR; document changes from physicians.
• Triage equipment issue calls to appropriate staff and coordinate with nutritional support.
