Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ENT or otolaryngology practice settings.
• Experience working with physician leaders and practice administrators.
• Ability to read and interpret revenue cycle reports.

Responsibilities

• Help ENT practices improve operational workflows and administrative design.
• Maintain regular contact with practice leaders to deliver ongoing advisory support.
• Review revenue-cycle performance and provide actionable guidance.
